Spirit over Flesh was founded by Ishaun Wright, A man after God's Heart. The idea started in his sophomore year of college at Campbell University in 2019 when God gave him the word "Spirit over Flesh" to flee the lust of the flesh. There was a soft launch from 2019-2021, that led college friends to flee from lust and pursue the fruits of The Spirit. SOF is a lifestyle not a trend. The Brand became established in 2023.
